AJ Caggiano has been working in emergency medicine for the past nine years and currently serves as a Lieutenant with Company 4 of the North Branford Fire Department Ambulance Corps. Known for his steady presence and strong leadership on scene, AJ is deeply committed to helping others and being there when his community needs him most. He’s proud of the work he does and the team he serves with.

Outside of his role as a first responder, AJ lives in Durham and is a proud father. When he’s not on duty, you can find him traveling, teaching snowboarding during the winter months, or spending time at the range—he’s a firearms enthusiast and enjoys recreational shooting. Whether he’s helping people in an emergency or sharing his hobbies with friends and family, AJ puts his whole heart into everything he does.

Paul brings over 22 years of dedicated military service to our counter, where he continues to serve on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. His extensive background spans both the U.S. Army—where he served as an Infantryman, Squad Designated Marksman, and PSD Operator specializing in long-range precision and close-quarters tactics—and Air Force Security Forces on an Integrated Base Defense training cadre.

Alongside his current military career, Paul has spent years in Connecticut firearms retail. He pairs the sharp discipline of active service with deep, practical knowledge of complex state compliance, helping civilian, military, and law enforcement customers find the right setups for their specific needs.
